The Agile Leap

Created for Boston Consulting Group and RHB Bank's 'The Agile Leap' launch, these infographic panels introduced a new agile way of working that RHB employees would adopt in stages. Working from BCG's framework, I translated dense process information into clear, visual panels that explained what would change, why it mattered and what training to expect. The result helped demystify the transition and gave staff an approachable guide to a significant shift in how they work.
